Helping primary care providers and their families
Caregivers raising children and young adults with special needs are some of the most extraordinary people we have the privilege of knowing. Every day, they give selflessly to the people they love, often stepping into countless roles without hesitation—caregiver, parent, advocate, teacher, therapist, nurse, chauffeur, cheerleader and so much more. They do it all because of their unwavering love and dedication.

But in the midst of caring for everyone else, caregivers often forget to care for themselves. Their own goals, dreams, relationships, health, and well-being are frequently placed on hold. Over time, the emotional, physical, and mental demands of caregiving can lead to overwhelming burnout, exhaustion, anxiety, depression and chronic stress. It is something we witness far too often and it is why our mission and services are so deeply personal.
