Peer Support
Feel understood, respected and empowered
Our peer support program helps neurodivergent adults build confidence, strengthen everyday skills and work toward meaningful personal goals with someone who understands their experiences. Peer support can include social communication, emotional well-being, daily routines, independence and community involvement.
Most of our peer support providers have personal experience with neurodivergence themselves. Their lived experience helps create a supportive space where each person can feel understood, respected and empowered, with progress guided by encouragement rather than rigid expectations.
Peer support begins with an intake meeting focused on each individual’s strengths, interests, needs and preferred support style. Together, we set personalized goals and create a plan that may include in-person, virtual or hybrid sessions. Sessions focus on real-life priorities through practical strategies, skill building and opportunities to practice at a comfortable pace. We track progress, adjust support as needed and use monthly check-ins to keep goals relevant. When appropriate, families or caregivers may also receive updates. Our goal is to help each person build on their strengths, navigate challenges and create a more connected, confident and fulfilling life.
We understand how powerful it can be to feel accepted, respected and valued for who you are.
What sets us apart
Our Belief
