Our journey began with a passion for connecting families to trusted local resources that support the special needs community. As we built relationships with providers and support groups, one need stood out: families were struggling to find reliable, trustworthy respite care. That realization led to the launch of Heart & Home Connections and a vision to focus on reliability, meaningful relationships, highly vetted caregivers and family-centered support.
